Your commitment

By working at The Lingo Project, you are stepping up as a role model for the people (families, volunteers, partners) of The Lingo Project. We are committed to come alongside you to help you in your development both as a follower of christ and as a leader within The Lingo Project.

Your role carries influence inside and outside our organization and we hold our staff and leaders to a high level of accountability and responsibility.

Work Experience

Work experience is essential because it helps us understand your skills, abilities, and how you can contribute to the mission of The Lingo Project. It provides insight into how you've applied your talents in practical settings, whether through professional roles or volunteer opportunities.

We would like to understand your ability to connect with others, solve problems, and adapt to new environments—skills that are essential for serving the diverse needs of our community.

By providing details, you help us see not only your qualifications but also your heart for service. Whether in a church, nonprofit, or other faith-based setting, your past roles contribute to the larger vision of impacting lives, building relationships, and fostering a community rooted in faith.

Community & Culture

The heart of our organization is a deep commitment to both education and spiritual growth. Our program isn’t just about language—it’s about connection, transformation, and hope.
We go beyond teaching a language by sharing Bible verses and forming connection groups during class time. These moments create space for meaningful conversation, prayer, and building lasting relationships that reflect God’s love. Whether you're a teacher, a helper, employee or someone with a heart to serve, you’re invited to be part of this mission.

Having received Christ as my Lord and Savior and agreeing with the biblical values and standards of The Lingo Project, I commit to God and to the members of this team to live out the beliefs I read at The Lingo Project's website and commit to letting the Organization's leadership know if, for any reason, I feel I am unable to fulfill my commitment.
